These 2 images show the same manifold with and
without the valves installed. This block was
designed to split the auxiliary valve output in
Excavators and enable it to power 2 double acting
functions such as a thumb and blade or twist wrist,
or other special equipment while providing
continuous relief and anti-cavitation protection on
all outputs, as well as a 3rd option for either "float"
or "motor center" on each double acting circuit. The
auxiliary spool pilot is controlled either bang-bang
full stroke on/off or by electro-hydraulic
proportional pilot control with a joystick lever.
